    Chur, the staff were super friendly and helpful, but we found the spa could use longer hours and the dining options for kids need a bit of work.

    The place was spotlessly clean, I booked the premium double room with alpine views, everything was beautiful. The restaurant was great with attentive staff, I tried amazing dishes. The bed was lovely and the bathroom was nice. The staff were courteous, the location was stunning and marvellous. The pool was heated and I had cool drinks in the main bar. Appreciated my stay...

    General hotel facilities were very nice and the pool, saunas and spar were all included. Nice little extra as you arrive as well as the mini bar being included.

    The room we had was out of date and didn't fit the rest of the hotel as afr as style is concerned. No tea & coffee facilities in the room.

    This was a suitable option for a weekend in Lenk with great value-to-price ratio. The fireplace in the bar area created a cozy atmosphere that we enjoyed . Make sure to catch the live music in the evenings.

    It's a beautiful hotel and we stayed in a very big and comfortable room with a great view. The staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the spa area very modern. We appreciated mindful things such a free drinks in the mini bar and fruit baskets on the hotel floors.

    There a two fancy restaurants in the hotel, in addition we would have liked a more informal place with traditional Swiss fare.

    The Lenkerhof offers fine views and an really good spa experience. The staff demonstrated excellent service throughout my stay. The room was excellent, showcasing thoughtful amenities such as a welcome dessert and a handwritten card. The robust breakfast ensured I started each day right, complemented by the excellent pool facilities, nice for relaxation in a beautiful outdoor setting.

    The dining options for children need improvement.

    Extremely beautiful hotel, and amazing sauna/spa, and hot outdoor pool. We had a beautiful morning view of the mountains and trees that surrounded the hotel. Words cannot describe the beauty of the panoramic views here. The morning breakfast buffet was very good, and had many choices that you can chose from. Very romantic place!

    The restaurant and bar was very nice, and classy. But it was a bit over prices for what your got to eat, but we were told that is normal in Switzerland.

    The hotel was very clean and fresh, the spa was superb and the room was good with an excellent view.

    The restaurant services were very poor. We ate dinner in the gastronomic restaurant one evening which took over 2.5 hours to be served. The quantity of food was pathetic and the price was outrageous. The food was also moldy and not fresh. Do not eat at this restaurant if you plan to stay at the hotel. The staff was under trained but were trying their best.

    Cozy atmosphere, really good service, with friendly staff providing a handwritten welcome card and abundant espresso, complemented by a prime location just off the motorway for easy access to nearby attractions.
